We will store this information in a filing system in order to make contact with you to discuss your requirements for any subsequent stays at this Drake House Caravan Site.
You do not have to consent to the collection of this information; however, if you choose not to provide it, you may not be able to stay at Drake House Caravan Site.

The right to erasure: given the nature of the caravan site administration we will hold your details for a period of 7 years, after this your information will be securely destroyed.

The right to restrict processing: We will only use the information for the purposes that we have stated above. We will not pass your information to any third party for the purposes of marketing.
We uphold the common law principles of confidentiality where the duty to keep confidence is assured against the concept of ‘greater good’. If in our opinion as accommodation providers, if there is good reason to believe not to disclose would cause danger or serious harm to self, the owners of Drake House Farm or others then appropriate agencies may be contacted. Only information required to ensure safety of relevant parties would be disclosed.
